No, you posted a way for people who don't know better to fuck up their machines for no reason, because you also don't know better. Then when you were told that you were wrong, and GENERIC is fine, you claimed nobody has given any info on how to make GENERIC work. This is obviously rediculous, all the documentation is for GENERIC, which works the same on soekris as any other i386 machine. If you want to mess up your system because you can't be bothered to read the documentation (http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq7.html#SerCon) that's up to you, but don't try to trick other people into screwing up their machines too, and don't complain about a lack of documentation.
