Recently one of my domains was setup with a trial Freshdesk account as well. I started to recieve tickets and escalations for missing deliveries, wrong items, over billing and other support type issues.
No verification that I should have an account or be associated to the service in anyway. When I sent them a request to investigate they found it to be fraud and terminated the account.
