I definitely see spam for more than 14 days. I suspect the attacker
keeps creating new 'free' trial accounts?

And their customer service is total chaos. After they confirmed having
blocked the accounts sending spam - still more spam is being received.
Newly created trial accounts I assume.

When asked about this spam I get instructed to contact their customer
directly once again as they don't take responsibility for emails sent
via their platform by their customers.

A customer, which stated last week he has not contract with Freshservice
and that some 3rd party abused their company name to create an account
with Freshservice.

As the spam mails do not advertise the products of the alleged
customer, I think that customer whose 'contract' data they have, is a
victim of impersonation by the attacker and Freshservice just does not
realize (or want to realize) that their platform is once again, being
abused to send spam mails.
