We are still seeing regular spam from freshmail.io / freshservice.com
Until now I had no luck with their support / abuse-desk / DPO which
tell me to contact their customer who sent those emails to solve the
issue.
Unfortunately their customer seem not to care - understandable if they
use the freshservice platform to send spam and phishing emails (I
suspect their customer could even them self be victim of phishing and
their credentials being abused to send those emails)
Does anyone have any contact to somebody at freshservice with the power
to stop their spam sending customer?
Unfortunately Freshservice uses AWS to send their emails and as soon as
an IP is listed, they start using another one.
