Lee, Had a similar problem when I upgraded to OS 9.2 also. Everything seems a little more sluggish...not just Outlook. Anyways. After you increase memory to Outlook, have rebuilt the database...then try updating your software online (should be an option in your control panels to update). I had some Microsoft extensions which were missing. It will automatically update them. Then throw away your Outlook prefs and restart your computer.
