Greetings Everyone,

Sighs, they are still at it I think.... Here is the updates .. By the way
thanks for the ideas regarding the lite. However, my friend upgraded to
their normal high speed one.

Now where almost back to square one again. Everything is configured as par
norm, her power is a little low at times, but all in all her comp room is
fully functional regarding power. I have had to have my friend pull the
power of the Rogers cable unit three times since she upgraded in order for
her to be able to let the system see here, you see she gets a error from the
browser or mail app saying "can not connect to server, can not find server"
which unplugging and replugging works, but she should not have to do this at
all, it make no since why she should have to do this when ever it can't find
the server.

Second, now apparently she is having trouble with the email every so often.
She calls the techs and they totally confuse her about what's going on, and
apparently I've found that they do not support Entourage or any other mail
app other then Mail (the one shipped with X). I know that the email
configuration is as it should be and that it works, as par their layout.

Does any one have any ideas as to what might be going on? Or is it truly a
major problem with the modem that they sent her? Or in fact a problem with
then end? Which they are not saying anything about?

Well take care everyone,
