That main issue takes me away from using Seamonkey for now. What would
be better used would be these apps:

 * Firefox as the GUI web browser, and we can keep using Lynx as the
console one.
 * Thunderbird as the GUI mail client, and for the console one, why
don't we try Mutt?
 * Either XChat or the Chatzilla extension to Firefox as the GUI IRC
client, and Irssi would be a good candidate for the console one.

As for the desktop environments:

  * XFCE, the one that is in the LiveCD as of now, is lightweight and
looks decent, but it takes up 15 MB with an Xorg installation, and I
think LXDE and E17 look better.
  * LXDE, my recomendation, takes up less space (less than XFCE even),
and also looks very cool (trust me, just look at the pictures on the
LXDE web site). It's based on Openbox, and it can function as a full
desktop environment, but still taking up little space. This is
defently a good candidate for the LiveCD.
  * Enlightment, well, E16 looks kinda cruddy to me, and E17, while it
looks very beautiful, it is still being developed and takes up the
same space as XFCE. It's a good choice if you want a sexy looking
LiveCD, but for a reliable one...
  * Fluxbox looks pretty ugly, but I can live with it, just be aware
that other users might not live with it...

Therefor, I think LXDE should go into the LiveCD (and in the book
too). It looks great, takes up little space, and is perfect for us.
What do you all think?
