I thought that the problem might be related to RTCP; that’s why I asked you to check your “fPresentationTime” values.
But because the problem seems to arise from your own code, it’s going to be hard to figure out what’s going wrong. I suggest starting from the original, unmodified “testH265VideoStreamer” application (streaming continuously from a file). Do you see the same problem (when multiple VLC clients connect) with this?
