May I ask what board you're exactly using to test, and if you know which revision A10 SoC (A or B) you've ? The reason I'm asking is that although your measurements show a nice linear temperature response, using the values from above gives a temperature of 9 degrees celcius on my cubieboard1, while the room alone is 25 degress celcius, so it seems these values are not universal :|
