--- Comment #3 from Regina Henschel <[email protected]> --- (In reply to andréb from comment #2) > Sorry. > I have the French translation, & I guessed the English from some other posts. > There must be some other equivalents in English. > > I don't know how to make a screen shot, since as soon as I move the mouse to > start a screen shot, the submenu disappears. I use a very old Paint Shop Pro 5. It allows to include mouse pointer into the screen shot. > > It is the 8th sub-menu of Calc, in French "Données" which I translated as > "Data". > > In the sub-menu, it is the 8th from the top, at the bottom of the 3rd > section. That is item "Refresh Range" in English. Help for it: https://help.libreoffice.org/26.2/en-US/text/scalc/01/12100000.html https://help.libreoffice.org/26.2/fr/text/scalc/01/12100000.html "Updates a data range that was inserted from an external database. The data in the sheet is updated to match the data in the external database." If you drag a table or query from the left part of "Data Sources" (see menu View) to a sheet, a data range "import" is generated. It is not a copy of the data base table or query but a link to those. The item "Refresh Range" allows to update this range for the case the data base table or query changes. It does not only update the values but updates the size of the "import" data range as well. To have no conflict with other content, such "import" data range should have a sheet of its own. That is not related to sorting, so the item has the correct name and it is in the correct place. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
