I have the French translation, & I guessed the English from some other posts. There must be some other equivalents in English. I don't know how to make a screen shot, since as soon as I move the mouse to start a screen shot, the submenu disappears. It is the 8th sub-menu of Calc, in French "Données" which I translated as "Data". In the sub-menu, it is the 8th from the top, at the bottom of the 3rd section. In French it is "Actualiser la plage", which I translated to "Update range", as various other posts referred to "plage" as "range", and "actualiser" means "update". in English. A plage would be A1:C5, for example, including columns A to C, rows 1 to 5.
