So the problem is that you cannot install _no_ package, right?
Or you aleready remove libre and install aoo-dev-build ?

sudo apt-get purge libreoffice*
sudo apt-get purge libreoffice-*
finally I found it. Ariel's hint :
sudo apt-get purge openoffice.org-ure openoffice.org*-debian-menus
tar xvf <tar file>
cd <language>/DEBS
sudo dpkg -i ./*.deb ./desktop-integration/*.deb
