This [1] is the patch that adds the 'Quicken Windows 2013' version. I would advise packagers to use it (via users request) because even if we are going to make a stable release it will take a while until it will get shipped by the distros. My experience with Gentoo is that it's easier to have a package rebuilt with a patch than to stabilize a new version. This is usually done when the bug usually prevents some users from properly using a package and the patch is simple but was not backported upstream.
