Added empty test case for MyMoneyFile::hasMatchingOnlineBalance().
Right now I am not able to implement those three test cases a)-c) mentioned by
Thomas, since my knowledge of the internal works of KMyMoney isn't sufficient.
Description

Highlighting of online statement balance with red background and
highlighted text if file balance and online balance are different.
(This patch was put together from Thomas' and Cristian's advice on ML)
This addresses bug 287494.
