Hi Hui, I tested several kernel versions as you suggested, including 6.8, 6.7, 6.5, and even 5.15, but unfortunately *the touchpad still doesn't work on any of them* under Ubuntu 24.04.
The only time it worked was with *Ubuntu 22.04*, which is no longer installed on my system. Is there anything else I can try, or should I consider this touchpad incompatible with newer Ubuntu versions? Thanks again for your time and support.
