I tested the firmware files we have in Plucky linux-firmare on Noble and
the firmware files are loaded fine by the driver. I also verified that
the QAT functionality is also working fine by running the
cpa_sample_code program (qatlib-examples package)

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

   * For QAT Gen5 (available on Intel GraniteRapids-D Kaseyville platform), the
driver qat_420xx
fails to load the firmware and this causes QAT device to not work properly

  [ Test Plan ]

   * On boot, this kernel message can be found:

Apr 07 22:05:36 ubuntu kernel: 420xx 0000:01:00.0: Direct firmware load for
qat_420xx_mmp.bin failed with error -2
Apr 07 22:05:36 ubuntu kernel: 420xx 0000:01:00.0: Failed to load MMP
firmware qat_420xx_mmp.bin
Apr 07 22:05:36 ubuntu kernel: 420xx 0000:01:00.0: Failed to load
acceleration FW

[ Where problems could occur ]

   * The firmware are standalone binaries and only loaded by the QAT qat_420xx
kernel module
     No regression should be expected.

  [ Other Info ]

   * The firmware files to backport are :
     qat_420xx.bin
     qat_420xx_mmp.bin

They are both part of the linux-firmware package in Plucky.
