  sometimes unable to play media like youtube

Bug description:
  Hello,

  after my updated linux kernel 5.4.0-67 If I open Youtube and want to play a 
video, the video stops over and over again. Furthermore it plays with very 
often stops in between.
  The audio is flickering too.
  I tried Firefox, Brave and Celludoid. It need to be a kernel issue, because 
of the last update I did.
  Old kernel I used: 5.4.0-60 : there works everything fine!
