Considering that knowledge of the patents can lead to higher damage claims, I won't list them up publically here. But if you use some well-chosen keywords you can find several patents that obviously covers code in Plasma on e. g. the Google patent search. Many of those are owned by parties involved in active litigations, and not particularly friendly towards free software in general.
