No such context menu.
" (Right-click on desktop > Desktop and Wallpaper > Icons > Icon Size)"
Does not exist.
I see no "Desktop and Wallpaper" when write clicking on the desktop.
There is a Display configuration choice, but that takes me the the system
settings dialog, and ther is no way to change icon sizes there.
