SUMMARY
There doesn't seem to be a way to set desktop icon sizes anymore.

In the colors and themes section there used to be a button at the bottom to set
system icon sizes. Now you can only select an icon theme.

I tried logging in with X11. That didn't fix anything.

What am I missing?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings dialog
2. Click on colors and themes
3. Click on icons in second list

OBSERVED RESULT
Not way to adjust icon sizes

EXPECTED RESULT
