[plasmashell] [Bug 482926] Before IOTM becomes multi-row, last-opened app goes onto where the second row would be and becomes invisible. Only when using small spacing between icons. New bug for Plasma 6.

I think you have to have enough apps in the tray icon are for this bug to
appear.
