I'm not able to reproduce the issue with some quick tests, but the steps to
reproduce are pretty thin, and there are a lot of relevant settings here (task
manager configuration, panel thickness, number of open apps, etc). I'd
appreciate a screen recording so I can be sure I'm testing in the same way that
you're able to reproduce the issue. Thanks!
