The proposal makes a lot of sense when you're viewing a full-screen app that
doesn't respect the color scheme at all like a game, or when the full-screen
app is playing a video. It makes less sense when you're in a full-screen app
that does respect the color scheme, like Kate or Gwenview.
Since we can't easily detect this, maybe on balance it makes more sense to
suppress the effect for all fullscreen apps.
