Perhaps this bug is assigned to the wrong view.

The view I'm talking about allows one to navigate directories and tries to help
the user by offering completion alternatives. This view certainly does change
what is selected when one types in something ambiguous where something in the
current view would apply (for instance, if the view is showing your home
directory and there are two subdirs named "foo1" and "foo2" and you type "foo"
both of the foo* directories would appear as alternatives you can pick using
the arrow up/down keys or by clicking. If you pick "foo1", say, then foo1 is
selected in the directory hierarchy).

This view also accepts pasted-in text from the clipboard in the text input
area. But there's a bug here: typed-in data has a chance of showing you the
aforementioned completion list. Pasted-in text (even if the clipboard data
matches a directory) never brings up the completion list (but pasting in text
should bring up the completion list if what was pasted-in is relevant).

Does this help identify the view and the issue I'm trying to report?

Thanks.
