So systemsettings5 shows the default black-to-black-v2 theme (where is this configured?). After 'cp /etc/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf /etc/sddm.conf' systemsettings5 shows my configured theme. What's new. /etc/sddm.conf is no longer empty but not complete.
