I go to 'start and stop'. I see the old theme which is configured, but I don't want. Click on my favoured theme. Click on 'Use' button. Click on 'Advanced' and 'Sync'. /etc/sddm.conf is newly written but empty. But now /etc/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf was written with my theme. Next thing. After reboot Plasma used the old theme. How many config files are there used ? Because /etc/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf isn't used and /etc/sddm.conf is empty.
