If you are having trouble reproducing the issue, I can make a video, showing: * Konsole updating every 0.1 seconds but kwin konsole rules disabled -> latte-dock no cpu usage * Konsole NOT updating title but kwin konsole rules enabled -> latte-dock no cpu usage * Konsole updating title every 0.1 seconds and kwin konsole rules enabled -> latte-dock at least 10% cpu usage always.
