DESCRIPTION
After a system update and reboot, the keyboard layout is suddenly WRONG.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Cachy or similar rolling/release distro with a single non-default
keyboard layout, like German
2. Go about your day, then update the KDE DE package suite
3. Reboot and you might be locked out of your system depending on if your
password contains special characters or not.
OBSERVED RESULT
keyboard layout manager failure
EXPECTED RESULT
don\t change it.
