--- Comment #58 from gggeri91 <[email protected]> ---
This behavior drives me crazy. Fedora 42 with latest KDE Plasma 6.4.4 still has
this issue. Today it is 07. September 2025. This ticket has been created in
2011. May I ask why new features are being developed instead of focusing on
fundamental usability issues? It's like copying files don't matter? Every
single time I have to open up the terminal to monitor disk activity to make
sure the system flushed all bytes to my stick. And sometimes the KDE Plasma
Desktop just hangs up completely while copying. That is an awesome user
experience guys. Congratulations.

Operating System: Fedora Linux 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1
Kernel Version: 6.16.4-200.fc42.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 32 × AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor
Memory: 64 GiB of RAM (62.7 GiB usable)
