I undertand that some people want colorfull icons for the system try, feal free
to repropose oxygen and simply create simlinks to the action ones, and maybe
publish new version of oxygen...
I would have no issue with a litle bit of software inside oxygen that would
give that option to users.... if some one wants to do that i will aprove that
on the git repo, maybe a small configure icon pointing to a setings ui on the
oxygen icon theme option on system settings
