plasma expect symbolic icons for systray icons.

oxygen still as colorfull icons for actions icons (the ones used inside
traditional qt widgets apps)

historicly oxygen never had the systray icons, those used to be part of the
plasma themes

"recently" plasma decided to use symbolic icons for that... Oxygen just
followed it as it has specific cororing  features to allow thrming adherence...
