Hi!
I am using the latest SVN version, and for me the information is saved
directly to the bib file as a "hidden entry" (__markedentry) within the
corresponding entry:
@BOOK{Adams1981,
title = {Per Anhalter durch die Galaxis},
publisher = {Rogner und Bernhard},
year = {1981},
author = {Adams, Douglas},
pages = {193},
address = {München},
isbn = {3-8077-0171-0},
__markedentry = {[hug:1]},
timestamp = {2010.12.06}
}
So if you save the file after marking and before copying, it should
appear. At least, for me it works on some Linux machines.
But I have to say, I am using the same login name on all my computers.
When replacing "hug" to "foo", the entry will not longer be marked! So
please check the user name.
Regards
Alexander

Hej,
I'm just wondering where JabRef save the information about the marked
entries (entry itself and color) in the bib files. I'm working on two
computers and when I take my data home to have a look there the
database is the same, but the marked entries are missing.
Does anyone have a clue?
Kind regards,
Jan
