I repackaged manually the bundles from official archive
(http://www.svnkit.com/org.tmatesoft.svn_1.3.0.maven.zip).
Please reopen this issue and fix it as soon as possible because scm provider
com.google.code.maven-scm-provider-svnjava:maven-scm-provider-svnjava:1.6 uses
svnkit 1.3.0 (how come it was released without this dependency in the central
repo).
I see that the poms are already released, but without jars.
