Strange warnings when generating Plugin Management report

When running 'mvn site' on MPIR itself I get the following warnings during the
build:

If there is nothing wrong with the POM or its plugins, there should not be any
warnings issued. On the other hand, if there is something wrong, then a hint to
how the problem can be solved should be included in the warning.
