Addressed the remaining template issue in 3891cd810d.\n\nThe previous formatting update added an extra closing brace after \hasNewScopes(ModelBase)\ instead of only adding the requested blank line. That prematurely closed the generated \MavenModelVersion\ class, leaving its remaining helper methods outside the class.\n\nThis commit removes the stray brace while retaining the blank-line formatting. I verified it through the model generator with \MavenModelVersionTest\: all 10 tests pass, including detection of \pi\ and \implementation\ scopes as requiring model version 4.2.0. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
