`ArtifactTransitivityFilter.transitiveArtifacts` was declared but never initialised, so the constructor threw a `NullPointerException` on the first resolved dependency. No plugin in the estate calls this constructor, which is why it went unnoticed. Found while porting to the Maven 4 API; part of apache/maven#13309. Verified: the new `TestArtifactTransitivityFilter` fails without the fix with `Cannot invoke "java.util.Set.add(Object)" because "this.transitiveArtifacts" is null`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
