OK. This mean you can't release on ibiblio a software that is using Codehaus
reporting plugin?
In the case of HtmlUnit, there is also Clover2 maven plugin that is hosted on
Atlassian servers.
Could you please explain what is the best practice in this case?
(AFAIR, some maven plugin are using codehaus dependencies, right?)
