Just do
svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/shared/trunk/maven-invoker && cd
maven-invoker && mvn test
The tests break.
fix the surefire plugin version in the it test-build-should-succeed and it
doesn't break.
Looks to be a class loading issue because the failure says compilation failure.
