This patch was actually broken in 2.5-SNAPSHOT by the application of another
patch (which I can't remember off the top of my head). I'd be happy to recreate
the patch but have been waiting to because none of the committers seem to be
available for this issue, despite it being the most popular open issue in Jira.
I will check for a mailing list or something for this plugin to see if I can't
get an idea of what is going on.
