Not sure why this is a chicken and egg. Maven 4 is totally usable with Maven 3
plugins. It contains a bunch of enhancements which would be nice to deliver,
even if the Maven 4 API is finalised in 4.1.0 or 4.2.0 release. Why is that a
problem ?
