Agree that effort to this one time cleanup activity to setup Your tools to
detect Jira project may not be worth. For me it's ok to create all PR with one
MNG Id. Anyway we will review and later (decide on our side) to create or not
dedicated Jira.
Squash GitHub option works for me - i can help with review and merges.
