Review Comment:
   I filed https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/14618 to cover 
`SingletonSortedNumericDocValues` and `SingletonSortedSetDocValues`. I think 
all these work that implement methods for wrappers could be avoided after 
https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/14475.
