I re-tested this change, including @ChrisHegarty 's latest, and it still exhibits some bug that causes terrible recall for quantized vectors. I think it is only occurring when concurrent merging is enabled, so I'll dig around in there. Separately this seems to point to more gaps in our unit test coverage. I'll open a separate issue to enhance RandomCodec so it can explore different KnnVectorsFormat settings (like concurrent merges). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
