Review Comment:
I don't like the additional code here to lookup the
FlatVectorScorerProvider. This should be done in VectorizationProvider.
So we should add a method `newFlatVectorScorer()` to VectorizationProvider.
The default one returns the default only, the other one the wrapped one.
This is how the VectorizationProvider interface was designed. It should get
method to create "vectorized" instances or return static instances.
So this whole class should be removed and the code should just call
VectorizationProvider newDefaultFlatVectorScorer().
