Review Comment:
   The problem is that not all platforms have the same constants.... I agree I 
was also not really deal with that, but this was my best idea.
   
   I was about to define an enum in the base class, but this is an unnecessary 
abstraction.
   
   Let's go one step after the other. Let's cleanup IOContext for Lucene 10 in 
a separate issue. Technically, IOContext fits here, it is just the definition.
   
   These are all hidden classes, so it's no public API. I just wanted to have 
it maintainable.
