Thanks for taking the time to look into this! I think 5% would be a good start, it would be near the threshold we want to test (we were thinking 2% but looking at your initial write amplification numbers, this may not be a great idea). I'm also planning on making an issue to create a `FilterDirectory` that tracks the write amplification factor.
