These sources are auto-generated, please modify the python generation code and not the result. These comments should really be added to `gradle/generation/moman/createLevAutomata.py`. It is really unfortunate that this python code is moved to this strange location https://github.com/apache/lucene/tree/main/gradle/generation/moman, which is not intuitive to anyone at all.
