LuXugang opened a new pull request, #873:
URL: https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/873

This bug due to `score` and `node` were packed together as a sortable
`long`, then it only work on `VectorSimilarityFunction.EUCLIDEAN`, because
`reversed` in `NeighborQueue` was true.

So I think we should split this sortable `long` so that if multiple
documents get the same score then the ones that have the lowest doc ID would
get returned first.

If so, should we still need this sortable `long`?
