And for this PR just to make changes on `Lucene91HnswVectorsWriter` and `Lucene91HnswVectorsReader` directly, otherwise it is difficult to see what exactly has been changed. And for a later PR we can incorporate all the format changes by renaming modified `Lucene92HnswVectorsWriter` to `Lucene92HnswVectorsWriter` etc.. WDYT?
