Review comment:
       IIUC Let's say out of 10 docs, only 8 have indexed points, (each has 
one). The second check `values.getDocCount() == values.size()` will still pass, 
but we need to check whether each doc has a single point at least. The 
reader.maxDoc() check will fail in this case (and is hence required).
